Resonar is a multi-model AI chat application that queries multiple large language models (LLMs) simultaneously and synthesizes their responses into a unified answer. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate harmful, abusive, threatening, or harassing content
• Attempt to circumvent safety measures or content filters of the AI models
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose or to compete with Resonar
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our written permission

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by Resonar and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the queries and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it through AI providers to deliver the Service to you.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by AI models are provided for informational purposes. The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content is not guaranteed. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party AI model providers (including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Meta) to generate responses. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED RESPONSES MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR HALLUCINATIONS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESONAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resonar and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
